- Student : Select the student you want to add credits.
Students you can see are only those you already had a lesson or will have a lesson. - Type : You have 2 types : “Refund” or “Gift”
- Refund : Use refund when a lesson has been scheduled but you were unable to attend it.
- Gift : Use gift when you want to give credits for a student (it could be also use as a discount).
The 2 types have a direct consequence on credits you earn (see “example” below)
- Refund : Use refund when a lesson has been scheduled but you were unable to attend it.
- Credits : Indicate number of credits you want refund or give to your student.
- Discount : Usually, when a student purchase a package of lesson, he can get a discount depends on the package (3% if package 103 credits, 5% if package 213 credits, …). You can check the discount in your past lesson page. Indicate the rate of discount (0, 3, 5,….) or 0 if the type is gift.
Examples : - Basic cost of your lesson is 30 credits. A student bought a package of 103 credits and book a lesson with you. But you couldn’t attend it. In your “past lessons” page, you will see a line for this lesson where “Basic price : 30”, “Discount : 5”, “Credit : 28.5”, “To be paid : 28.5” so you will receive 28.5 for this lesson.
Consequently, you need to refund the student. You will fill the refund page with “Type : Refund”, “Credit : 30”, “Discount : 5”. So thanks to this 30 credits, your student will be able to book another lesson with you. For this lesson in your “past lessons” page, you will see a line for this lesson where “Basic price : 30”, “Discount : 5”, “Credit : 28.5”, “To be paid : 0” so you will receive 0 for this lesson. - A student want to cancel a lesson but it’s too late to do it. He sends you a message to inform you that he will not be able to attend the lesson. You decide to give him 50% back.
